i believe very strongly that everyone has the ability to express themselves through music. having worked for 10 years at community music in london, the longest running and most highly respected music education charity in the uk, i have seen first hand the countless number of people, from all backgrounds and across all ages, who have found solace, relaxation, help, inspiration and profound behavioural change through music.
